- Overnight Shipping: For customers who need faster delivery, we offer overnight shipping within the U.S. Orders placed before 2 PM local time are eligible for same-day dispatch. Overnight shipping is available at a higher cost.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. If you qualify for free shipping (based on any current promotions or your order total), the free shipping option will automatically be applied at checkout.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).

Ivorysora is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
