  • Items must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must not be on the list of non-returnable products, including items marked as final sale or clearance.

If the return request does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.

2. How to Return or Exchange Items

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:

  2. Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) to be returned with all original tags and packaging. Include your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) to expedite the return process.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Once you receive the return authorization, send the item(s) back to the following address:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your return, we will send out the new item based on your preferences, subject to availability. If the item you requested is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange for a return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear or intimates
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items or clearance products

7. Refund and Return Policy Exceptions

Ivorysora reserves the right to deny returns and exchanges if the item(s) do not meet the above requirements or if the return was made outside the 30-day return window. We also reserve the right to change the return and refund policy at our discretion, in accordance with legal requirements.

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars, and international transaction fees may apply.
